The lord has begun to reveal to us the love of the Cross. Our hearts have been moved to respond to His great love by offering ourselves as victim souls. And yet our minds are still weak and therefore incapable of responding fully.  So the Lord desires to send the Holy Spirit to us to renew our minds, to give us a deep knowledge of His love, light for our path, so that our whole being, like Mary may proclaim the goodness of the Lord, so that our whole spirit may glorify the Lord our Savior.

God Himself is first, not our projects . Therefore we must first adore Him. 

This must be the first and foremost reality in our lives.  Not any program or project of the Love Crucified family but Love Crucified Himself is first.  As we pour our lives every day in loving Him in everything, offering ourselves as victims of love, we are fulfilling His greatest desire. As we come to Him in adoration to contemplate Him in the Eucharist. In this way the Lord will do great things that we will not even be able to measure. 

The joy of our friendship is from God but should never be an end in itself. 

The Lord has brought us thus far to an experience of great consolation and joy in our friendship.  Even though we have great challenges in our personal lives, the Love Crucified family is a joy for us.  This is from God.  It is God’s gift to us so we should be grateful. Yet we cannot cling to that.  The Lord wants us to offer ourselves with such purity of intention that, if being Love Crucified brings us suffering, disillusionments, big hurts, we still persevere, for we are not in Him to receive consolations but to console Him with our offering of our lives.
